Lemon & Paeroa, called L&P for short, is an iconic New Zealand soft ( carbonated) drink. The name L&P comes from the original ingredients - lemon flavoring in natural mineral water from a town called Paeroa (pronounced 'pie-roar'), on the Hauraki Plains.

Nowadays L&P is bottled by the Coca Cola company in New Zealand, but it still retains the original flavor.
